Abstract:
A device for freezing preservation or unfreezing resuscitation of biological tissue. The device comprises: a biological chip, wherein the biological chip comprises a solution inlet and a solution outlet; and a carrier, which is provided with a first recess, wherein biological tissue is accommodated in the first recess, the carrier is closely attached below the biological chip, a micro-channel passing through the first recess is formed between the biological chip and the carrier, and the micro-channel is only used for the solution to pass through. The device can carry out the delivery or removal of a freezing protectant in order, thereby effectively improving the efficiency of a freezing preservation or an unfreezing resuscitation operation of the biological tissue.
