Abstract:
The invention relates to devices for generating waves suitable for training in water sports. A device for generating an artificial wave comprises a first channel and a second channel which have a constant cross section, a turbine-driven water pump that connects the first and second channels via adapters, a deflector, a hydraulic cylinder capable of controlling a change in the angle of inclination of the plane of the deflector, and a water collector, the outlet of which adjoins the inlet of the second channel, the device further being provided with a protective perforated bottom inclined downwardly from the water collector toward the deflector.
