Abstract:
The invention relates to medical engineering, in particular to a device for producing a dry aerosol for inhalation. The inventive device for generating a dry aerosol comprises a body provided with a mixing chamber, an input hole for a gas and an output hole for an aerosol and a unit for fixing a changeable chuck containing an active substance. Said device also comprises a unit for producing powdered material by separating small particles from the surface of the changeable chuck which is made of a solid monotropic material. The unit for producing powdered material comprises a milling cutter or an abrasive element or a scraper. In addition, the unit for producing powdered material and/or the unit for fixing the changeable chuck are embodied in such a way that they are movable with respect to each other by means of an electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic drive. The inventive chuck of the device for generating dry aerosol contains an active substance and is made of a solid monotropic material. Said material can contain an active substance or an active substance with a filler, and can be anisotropic. The filler and the active substance can be alternately arranged in the chuck, or the active substance can be integrated into the filler in the form of inclusions.
