Disclosed is a device for generating an electromagnetic field in a specific area, relating to the technical field of the food industry. The device comprises a carrier and an electromagnetic coil, wherein the electromagnetic coil is sheathed outside the carrier; the carrier comprises a sample flow guide tube and a magnetic core; the sample flow guide tube is composed of a plurality of flow guide units, with two adjacent flow guide units being in communication by means of a connecting tube; and each connecting tube passes through one magnetic core, such that each flow guide unit is sandwiched between two adjacent magnetic cores. According to the device of the present invention, an electromagnetic field is generated in a manner of a magnetic core being wrapped by an electromagnetic coil, such that the magnitude of the electromagnetic field can be conveniently adjusted without affecting a sample flow guide tube, so as to achieve an efficient and controllable effect of the electromagnetic field on the sample. In addition, solid, liquid, paste and gaseous samples can be sterilized in an efficient and controllable manner.
