Abstract:
A device for generating patterned light interference (1) comprises: a laser light source (10); a wavefront control unit (20) that inputs laser light from the laser light source (10), shows a hologram pattern to control the laser light wavefront, and outputs wavefront control light; an imaging optical system (40) to form an image on the target position (2) of the wavefront control light from the wavefront control unit (20); a filter (50) disposed on a light focusing unit of the imaging optical system (40), and a control unit (30) to control the hologram pattern so that a plurality of bright spots of the desired degree are generated on the light focusing unit of the imaging optical system (40); wherein the filter (50) has a plurality of slits having a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of bright spots of the desired degree, the plurality of slits have an elongated shape extending radially with respect to the center of the plurality of bright spots of the desired degree, the center-side end of each of the plurality of slits are separated from the center, and the periodic interval of the periodic structure of the patterned light interference generated on the target position is variable.
