Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for generating photovoltaic power. The device for generating photovoltaic power comprises: a substrate; a back surface electrode layer which is arranged on top of the substrate; a light absorption layer which is arranged on top of the back surface electrode layer; a window layer which is arranged on top of the light absorption layer; and a bus bar which is arranged next to the light absorption layer and connects with the back surface electrode layer.
