Abstract:
Device for generating a triple rate of laser radiation, comprising: a front part optical system (1020) adjusting the light intensity distribution of an inputted fundamental wave light beam (11), converting the incident fundamental wave light beam (11) into a fundamental wave (12) and a frequency-doubling harmonic wave (23), adjusting the light intensity distribution shape of the cross-section of the converted frequency-doubling harmonic wave (23), and emitting the adjusted fundamental wave (12) and frequency-doubling harmonic wave (23) light beam to a frequency-tripling crystal (30); cutting a light beam emitting surface of the frequency tripling crystal (30) into a Brewster angle emitting interface (400); subjecting the fundamental wave (12) and the frequency doubling harmonic wave (23) to frequency conversion in the frequency-tripling crystal (30) to generate a triple-frequency harmonic wave light beam (31), which, after passing through the Brewster angle emitting interface (400) is emitted and converted into a triple-frequency light beam (32) to be emitted, which is required or is substantially the same as the light intensity distribution shape of the cross-section of the the initially inputted fundamental wave light beam (11). By preconfiguring the light beam intensity distribution shapes of the fundamental wave (12) and the second harmonic wave (23) before conversion, the light beam quality requirement of final laser frequency conversion outside the cavity is met, the cost is reduced, the service life of the conversion crystal is prolonged and the manufacturing is simple.
