Abstract:
Provided is a technology for achieving electrophoresis of an actual sample for analysis simultaneously with spectral calibration without performing electrophoresis using a special matrix standard that requires effort and cost. A device for genotypic analysis is characterized by acquiring a reference fluorescence spectrum by using an allelic ladder and a size standard that is known information for a DNA fragment used in electrophoresis of an actual sample, and is characterized in that, on capillaries not using an allelic ladder, the spectral calibration is performed by detecting an amount of shift in the fluorescence spectrum of the size standard and calculating the fluorescence spectrum by shifting the reference fluorescence spectrum using the amount of shift.
