Abstract:
The present invention relates to a spangle guider for replacing and supplying spangles as the need arises. According to an operation of a cam device, the spangle guider can select one spangle and supply the spangle to a fabric. At this point, the spangle, which is selected by a lateral movement of a main plate, is guided to the position of a needle. The other spangles, which are not selected, are fixed by a device within a spangle guide. The spangle guide is connected to the main plate through an elastic device. A device and method are provided to bring the spangle guide into contact with a spangle gear in a normal state, and to apply a force greater than the resilient force of the elastic device in order to space the spangle guide apart from the spangle gear when a spangle is being repaired or inspected.
