Abstract:
A device having enhanced photo-alignment of a multi-model glass panel comprises: a multi-model glass substrate (1), N rows of chips I (2), N rows of chips II (3), and a photomask (4). The N rows of chips I (2) and the N rows of chips II (3) are arranged alternately to form an alternate structure, and installed on the multi-model glass substrate (1). The area of the chips II (3) exceeds that of the chips I (2). The photomask (4) is used to cover the chips I (2) and the chips II (3) to enable ultraviolet light to irradiate via the photomask on the chips I (2) and the chips II (3), wherein N is a positive integer. As a result, the device having enhanced photo-alignment of a multi-model glass panel is applicable in the field of manufacturing thin-film transistor liquid crystal displays.
