Abstract:
A device for hot press welding the waistband of incontinence pants or training pants composed of multiple layers of non-woven cloths in a fast, accurate and reliable manner and a hot press welding method. An upper synchronous transmission mechanism (1) and a lower synchronous transmission mechanism (2) are respectively located on the sidewalls of a vertical frame (4) up and down face to face by means of shafts, in which, the upper synchronous transmission plane (1-1) of the upper synchronous transmission mechanism (1) faces the lower synchronous transmission plane (2-1) of the lower synchronous transmission mechanism (2). A plurality of embossed pressing blocks (3) are respectively located, face to face, on the upper synchronous transmission plane (1-1) and the lower synchronous transmission plane (2-1) with a distance in between. An electro-thermal tube (3-1) in the embossed pressing block (3) connects with a power wire in a conducting ring (3-4) through an extendable wire (3-2) and a wiring flange (3-3) while the conducting ring (3-4) rotates synchronously with the upper synchronous transmission mechanism (1) and the lower synchronous transmission mechanism (2). Upper and lower mobile planar guide rails (1-3, 2-3) are respectively located to the inner sides of the synchronous transmission planes of the upper synchronous transmission mechanism (1) and the lower synchronous transmission mechanism (2) with their surface of guide rails (1-3, 2-3) arranged up and down, face to face.
