Abstract:
The inventive device comprises a pump provided with suction and pressure pipes and connected to a source of fresh a fluid medium, a unit for turbulising said medium flow at the pump output, a unit for continuously fractionating the turbulised fluid medium flow, supplying a fraction enriched with dispersible material to a recirculation and for taking off the fraction of a target product for consumption. In order to prevent the premature entrainment or sedimentation of dispersible materials, the unit for continuous fractionating is embodied in the form of a round reservoir. The output of the unit for turbulising the flow is tangentially connected to said reservoir near to the end thereof, recirculation and outlet pipes being provided with shut-off-and regulating elements and connected to said reservoir in the area for collecting the fraction enriched with dispersible material and in the area for collecting the fraction of the target product, respectively.
