Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of additive manufacturing, and in particular to a device for improving inter-layer compactness of fused deposition additive manufacturing, and structural design, comprising: a workbench, a substrate arranged on the workbench, a print head, and a three-dimensional motion mechanism arranged on the workbench. The three-dimensional motion mechanism can drive the substrate to move along a Y-axis, and drive the print head to move along an X-axis and a Z-axis; a non-contact radial impact compaction device is arranged on one side of the print head, and a heating device is arranged above the substrate. In the present invention, firstly, a print-formed composite material is heated by means of a preheating device to present a molten state; secondly, a layer of composite material is printed by means of the print head; next, a radial force is applied between the layers of composite materials by means of the impact compaction device. The composite material is subjected to all-round impact and compaction in a non-contact mode, thereby solving the problems of sticking layer and turning difficulty in engineering application of existing roller pressing devices, and improving the print-forming accuracy of additive manufacturing.
