According to one example of the present invention, a user can easily check and correct neck posture by oneself by using smart glasses. In addition, according to one example of the present invention, neck posture can be checked by matching the same with individual physical characteristics, so as to be efficient in correcting neck posture. According to another example of the present invention, the user can easily check and correct neck posture by oneself.
