Abstract:
The present invention relates to a packaging and applicator device (1} for applying a cosmetic composition (P), the device comprising: • an applicator (3) comprising: • a stem (32); and • an applicator endpiece (35) that is carried by the stem (32); and - a container (2) containing the composition for application, and comprising: • a body ( 4 ); • an outer neck (14) for fastening the applicator (3) on the container (2); and • an inner sleeve (20) that is molded integrally with the neck, the sleeve comprising first and second portions (21 and 22) that extend consecutively towards the bottom wall (6) of the container, with a change in slope between the two portions, the first portion (21) extending without contact with the stem (32), and the second portion (22) coming into leaktight contact with at least one of the applicator endpiece (35) and the distal half of the stem (32) when the applicator is in place on the container.
