Abstract:
A device for individually filling freeze-dried micro-cores, a filling and using method of the freeze-dried micro-cores, and a method for filling freeze-dried micro-cores by using the device for individually filling freeze-dried micro-cores. The device for individually filling freeze-dried micro-cores comprises a housing (100); the housing (100) is provided with a storage cavity (110) and an exit cavity (120); the housing (100) is slidably provided with filling partitions (300) connecting to both the storage cavity (110) and the exit cavity (120); the storage cavity (110) is provided with a micro-core feeding port (111); the exit cavity (120) is provided with a micro-core discharging port (121); the filling partition (300) is provided with a storage channel (310); when the filling partition (300) slides to the upper end, the storage channel (310) is communicated with the micro-core feeding port (111) to achieve filling of the freeze-dried micro-cores; and when the filling partition (300) slides to the lower end, the storage channel (310) is communicated with the micro-core discharging port (121) to release the freeze-dried micro-cores. The device for individually filling freeze-dried micro-cores can achieve rapid filling of the freeze-dried micro-cores or freeze-dried spheres; quantitative freeze-dried spheres can be put into a reaction tube, such that test efficiency is improved. The device for individually filling freeze-dried micro-cores can also be used as a freeze-dried micro-core storage device having an individual filling function to hold the freeze-dried micro-cores.
