Abstract:
A device for inducing the use of a service, the device providing an online service through a network, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a communication unit which receives stored phone numbers from each of a first terminal and a second terminal; and a control unit which, when the communication unit receives an input related to a third user who is the owner of any one phone number among the phone numbers received from the first terminal, if the third user is determined to have not subscribed to an online service or to have not accessed the online service for a preset period or more, checks whether the phone number of the third user is included in the phone numbers received from the second terminal, wherein the communication unit informs the second terminal of the occurrence of the input related to the third user if the phone number of the third user is included in the phone numbers received from the second terminal.
