Abstract:
This device (100) for inspecting for color unevenness comprises: an inspection stage (20) that has, placed thereon, a flexible display (10) comprising a flexible substrate (12) and comprises a vacuum chuck surface (22); and a porous sheet (30) that is disposed on the vacuum chuck surface (22) and touches the lower surface of the flexible substrate (12). The porous sheet (30) has a plurality of holes that maintain the flatness of the lower surface of the flexible substrate (12) by absorbing one or more foreign objects (60) adhered to the lower surface.
