Abstract:
Provided is a device for inspecting a liquid droplet ejection head, whereby an organic EL element having a long service life is obtained. This device for inspecting a liquid droplet ejection head is provided with an illumination device 32 for emitting light in a wavelength region equal to or greater than the red wavelength region toward a liquid droplet ejection face 26a of a liquid droplet ejection head 26 for ejecting a functional liquid, and an imaging device 31 for capturing an image of the liquid droplet ejection face 26a irradiated by light from the illumination device 32.
