Abstract:
A square boss portion (7) having a diameter greater than that of a screw portion (6a) meshing with a screw hole (5) of a node (3) is formed at an intermediate portion of a joint bolt (6) used for assembling a truss structure. A boss screw (7a) having the same pitch as that of the screw portion (6a) is threaded at each apex of the boss portion (7). The boss screw (7a) is meshed with a female screw portion (32b) formed on a support portion (32) of an edge cover (2B). When a sleeve (11) covering the boss portion (7) is rotated, the boss screw (7a) advances from the screw portion (32b) and the joint bolt (6) is reliably meshed with the screw hole (5). When the boss screw (7a) comes off from the female screw portion (32b), the screw portion (6a) and the screw hole (5) mesh sufficiently with each other. When a structural member is fitted between two nodes (3), (3) whose positions are determined, the joint bolt (6) is in advance moved back into the sleeve (11). When the sleeve (11) is rotated, the joint bolt (6) is moved forth reliably into the screw hole (5). When the sleeve (11) is rotated reversely, the structural member (2) is removed easily from between the two nodes (3), (3).
