[Problem] To make a noodle strip mass noodle strips which have excellent loosening properties using loosening rods. [Solution] A rotational axis (12) is horizontally provided within a housing (11), and a plurality of curved loosening rods (13) having a predetermined length are protruded in two directions which face each other in the radiation direction of the rotational axis (12) in a comb-tooth shape. A cylindrical inner wall (14) which has slightly larger diameter than a rotating circle through which tips (13a) of the loosening rods (13) pass, and which is centered on the axis of the rotational axis (12) is provided within the housing (11). The section from the lower end of an introduction port (15) to a horizontal position (h) having the same height as the rotational axis (12) of the inner wall (14) is made a small cross-sectional arc-shaped loosening surface (17) of a clearance relative to the loosening rods (13). A noodle strip mass (N) introduced from the introduction port (15) into the housing (11) is fed in the counterclockwise direction by the high-speed rotational movement of the loosening rods (13), and the noodle strip mass (N) per meal is repeatedly pushed and loosened more than once by the loosening rods (13) in the neighborhood of the entry of the loosening surface (17).
