Abstract:
This device management system is provided with: a server (20); a plurality of base stations (30) for long-distance wireless communication; and one or more devices (10) that communicatively connect with one of the plurality of base stations and that each sequentially transmit, to the server via the one base station, operation information indicating the current operation state of the device. When sequentially receiving operation information, each of the plurality of base stations sequentially transmits, to the server, unique information which is unique to the base station together with the sequentially received operation information. The server sequentially receives the operation information and the unique information, sequentially stores the sequentially received operation information and unique information in association with each other, and separately manages a plurality of first operation information sets having been received during a first time period which ends at a first timing and a plurality of second operation information sets having been received during a second time period which starts at a second timing when first unique information received at the first timing is different from second unique information received at the second timing.
