Abstract:
An information analysis unit of a management device searches for devices located within a predetermined distance from a portable terminal, that is, devices located near the portable terminal, on the basis of terminal position information received by a wireless communication unit from the portable terminal and device position information stored in an information storage unit. An information analysis unit reads, from the information storage unit, energy usage information pertaining to the devices found near the portable terminal and transmits the information from the wireless communication unit to an information acquisition unit of the portable terminal. Because the information acquisition unit obtains energy usage information pertaining only to the devices located near the portable terminal, a display unit displays only the energy usage information pertaining only to the devices located near the portable terminal.
