Abstract:
The invention is provided with an FSM (2) that is allocated to at least one device (15) installed in a factory, and wirelessly monitors and controls the device or devices. The FSM (2) has: a system measurement unit (22) for detecting information from the device (15); a detection information control unit (30) for controlling only acquisition-intended information, which is intended to be acquired, from among the information detected by the system measurement unit (22) so as to ensure that the acquisition-intended information is acquired by the FSM (2); a first data propagation adjustment unit (38) that, when data including the information after being subjected to the control by the detection information control unit (30) is transmitted to the exterior, adjusts the propagation route of the data; and a local service quality manager (28) and a local communication manager (36) for controlling the device (15) on the basis of the information detected by the first data propagation adjustment unit (38) or a control policy from the exterior.
