Abstract:
A device for manufacturing an electrode sheet pouch, the device comprises a rack (1), an electrode sheet supply assembly (6), an electrode sheet supply and shaping assembly (7), a heat welding vertically assembly (4), a heat welding laterally assembly (5), a separator grasping and pulling assembly (8) and a separator cut-off assembly (9), with the above assemblies all mounted on the rack, the heat welding vertically assembly includes a pressure welding and cutting knife (403), and the knife has two edges for welding the two sides of the electrode sheet pouch simultaneously, the heat welding laterally assembly comprises a first heat welding and cutting knife (504) for welding the bottom of the electrode sheet pouch and a second heat welding and cutting knife (508) for welding the opening of the electrode sheet pouch.
