Abstract:
The present invention provides a device for manufacturing a filter paper of a vehicle filter. The provided device for manufacturing a filter paper of a vehicle filter comprises: a fabric supply part to which a roll type filter paper fabric is mounted; a fabric-bending part for bending a fabric supplied from the fabric supply part to form valleys and crests thereon by using a pair of bending plates; a bent fabric detection part for detecting a bent portion of a bent fabric passing through the fabric-bending part; an adhesive application part for applying an adhesive onto a valley line of the bent fabric discharged to the bent fabric detection part; and a fabric-bonding part for pressuring and heating the valley line of the bent fabric discharged from the adhesive application part to bond the bent fabric. Accordingly, the present invention can manufacture a complex filter paper by: bending a filter paper fabric supplied in a roll type while conveying same; applying an adhesive onto a bent fabric; and then bonding the bent fabric having an adhesive applied thereon to another bent fabric.
