Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing Polaroid film that dyes a base film with iodine through a continuous process and then orients the base film for polarization. The Polaroid film manufacturing device of the present invention includes: a first water tank including a first water tank temperature gauge; a second water tank including a second water tank temperature gauge and a second water tank concentration gauge; a third water tank that draws an iodine-dyed PVA film by using a draw roller for the orientation of the dyed iodine; an oven including an oven temperature gauge; and a central control unit which predicts the transmittance of the Polaroid film based on the properties of input data measured by the first water tank temperature gauge, the second water tank temperature gauge, the oven temperature gauge, and the second water tank concentration gauge, and the properties of the PVA film employed during the continuous process, and controls the temperature of the first water tank, the temperature of the second water tank, the temperature of the oven, and the amount of materials put into the second water tank.
