Abstract:
The present invention is a device for manufacturing a flat, profile corrugated tube. The device is provided with: a supply unit for extruding a molten resin material in a sheet shape and supplying the extruded resin material; pairs of dies for molding the profile corrugated tube, which have die surfaces having portions corresponding to one side sections along the cross-sectional longitudinal direction of the profile corrugated tube; a drive mechanism unit which is capable of changing the attitudes of the pairs of the dies between a receiving attitude capable of receiving sheet-shaped compacts that are supplied from the supply unit when the die surfaces are opened and a molding attitude in which the die surfaces are closed, and which changes the attitudes of the pairs of the dies into the molding attitude after the sheet-shaped compacts that are supplied from the supply unit are received in the receiving attitude; and a contact molding unit for bringing the sheet-shaped compacts that are supplied from the supply unit into contact with the die surfaces of the pairs of the dies in the receiving attitude.
