Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a device for manufacturing a stator of an ultra high speed induction motor and a manufacturing method using the same. More specifically, a device for manufacturing a stator of an ultra high speed induction motor and a manufacturing method using the same in which: a stator of which winding is finished is mounted in a forming mold and functional resin is injected thereinto; bubbles in and on the functional resin are removed via a vacuuming step and a pressing step in a chamber, such that the functional resin may be completely filled between the stator and the inner peripheral surface of the forming mold, and thermal conductivity and insulation performance may be maximized and the deterioration of the stator may be prevented, thereby improving the performance and the durability of the ultra high speed induction motor; the forming mold is heated in the vacuum step and the pressing step, and therefore, in the vacuum step, the viscosity of the functional resin decreases while increasing the liquidity thereof such that the process for removing gas in the stator may be smoothly carried out and the solidifying time of the functional resin may be reduced so as to shorten operating time; the molding, in the pressure step, to which compression force is applied reaches complete solidification; the heights of a receiving section and a central shaft of the forming mold are controlled for the complete impregnation of the winding portion of the stator; and the chamber is provided with a vacuum pipe and a pressing pipe for smoothly carrying out the steps of injecting, vacuuming and pressing the functional resin. To this end, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of a stator of an ultra high speed induction motor, which comprises the following steps: (a) mounting a forming mold with a stator in which the winding of a coil on a core is finished; (b) injecting functional resin into the forming mold such that the winding portion of the stator is impregnated; (c) inserting the forming mold, into which the functional resin is injected, to the inside of a sealed chamber; (d) forming a vacuum state in the chamber via a vacuum pipe, which is provided to the chamber, so as to remove bubbles such that the functional resin fills the entire stator, which includes the core and the coil, and between the stator and the inner peripheral surface of the forming mold; and (e) increasing the pressure of the inside of the chamber via the pressing pipe, which is provided to the chamber, so as to remove bubbles such that the functional resin fills the entire stator, which includes the core and the coil, and between the stator and the inner peripheral surface of the forming mold.
