Abstract:
The present invention may provide a device for measuring a density of bio-nanoparticles including an extracellular matrix and a method for measuring a number of bio-nanoparticle using same, wherein the device comprises: a tray on which a syringe through which light is transmitted is mounted; a light source for radiating a predetermined light toward the syringe mounted on the tray; an optical sensor for detecting the light emitted from the light source and transmitted through the syringe; and a calculation unit for calculating a density of bio-nanoparticles in the syringe and/or a number of bio-nanoparticles in the syringe according to the absorbance of the optical sensor. By the device, it is possible to quantify the number of bio-nanoparticles simply and quickly with improved accuracy.
