Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an acquisition means which acquires, in a time series, the displacement of a structural object due to the weight of a vehicle traveling on the structural object; an estimation means which estimates, on the basis of the time series data for the displacement, the interval in which the displacement occurs; a detection means which detects a feature value for the change in the displacement during the estimated interval; a determination means which determines, on the basis of the detected feature value, whether the estimated interval is the interval of the displacement due to the weight of a single vehicle; and an extraction means which extracts, on the basis of the result of the determination, the displacement from the time series data within the interval of the displacement due to the weight of the single vehicle.
