Abstract:
The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a device that is for measuring the resistance of an electronic component having leads and is capable of preventing reduction in the reliability of measurement accuracy. The device includes a work holder (12) for holding a lead portion (b) in a state in which a plurality of thermistors (W) with leads are aligned, a support part (14) capable of conveying the thermistors (W) with leads in a prescribed direction in a state in which the work holder (12) is supported such that a thermistor portion (a) protrudes, an immersion tank (26) accommodating a heat medium for immersing the thermistor portion (a), and a measurement unit (40) for causing measurement terminals (46) to come into contact, in the atmosphere, with a lead-portion (b) leading-end portion, which is opposite from the thermistor portion (a) in the longitudinal direction of the lead portion (b), and measuring the resistance values of the thermistors (W) with leads. A circulation flow path (24) through which the same heat medium as the heat medium (h) of the immersion tank (26) flows is built into the support part (14). The invention is configured such that the temperature of the thermistor part (a) heated by the immersion tank (26) and the temperature of the lead portion (a) heated by the heat medium (h) circulating through the circulation flow path (24) are roughly the same.
