Abstract:
Provided is a device for measuring rotation angle acceleration in which noise caused by acceleration other than a specific rotation angle acceleration is reduced by supporting an oscillator using a spring structure capable of considerably suppressing motion in directions other than the specific rotational direction, when acceleration other than the specific rotation angle acceleration is a problem in terms of noise and when low-cost manufacture is required. A device for measuring rotation angle acceleration integrally manufactured by semiconductor micro-fabrication, comprising: an oscillating body that rotates around a rotational axis; a plurality of nodes for supporting the oscillating body at points at a radius r from the rotational axis; a plurality of parallel quadrangular links having arms of a length r for causing the nodes for supporting the oscillating body to move circularly about the rotational axis; a support part for supporting the fixed nodes of the parallel quadrangular links; a rotation angle detection means for detecting the rotation angle; and computation means for computing the rotation angle acceleration from the rotation angle.
