Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a device for ameliorating roller marks formed on a surface of thin strip steel by pinch rollers. In the design of the device, a local cooling beam is provided at the entrance or exit of pinch rollers to spray liquid nitrogen in the local thermal expansion region of the pinch rollers for cooling, so as to ameliorate local thermal expansion of the pinch rollers in order to adjust the roller gap and pressure between the pinch rollers, thereby reducing roller mark defects formed by the pinch rollers. In addition, further provided in the present invention is a method for alleviating pinch roller marks on hot-rolled thin strip steel during double-roller casting and rolling production. By means of the device and method for ameliorating roller marks formed on a surface of thin strip steel by pinch rollers, the rejection rate of thin strip steel products can be effectively reduced, and the qualification rate and profitability of thin strip steel products are improved.
