Abstract:
A device for amplifying the maximum output of a laser according to the present invention comprises: a laser light source for generating laser beams; a path changing module for changing the paths of the laser beams generated from the laser light source with time delays, and then emitting the laser beams; an output amplifying module which sequentially receives and then simultaneously emits the plurality of laser beams the paths of which have been changed with time delays in the path changing module; and a focusing module for focusing the plurality of laser beams emitted from the output amplifying module, wherein the output amplifying module is configured such that the path or degree of refraction is mutually different for each sequentially received laser beam so that, due to differences in travel times, the laser beams are emitted simultaneously. The device and method for amplifying the maximum output of a laser according to the present invention can increase the processability of a laser by significantly increasing the maximum energy density even when a laser of the same output is used, can minimize thermal deformation that occurs around a processing part when processing an object to be processed since the maximum output is amplified and emitted using a laser having the same output, and allows ultra-highly integrated processing since the current issue of a laser having a limit for the maximum output is overcome and the amplification can be up to the desired output.
