Abstract:
A device and a method for assessing the service life of a biomass boiler heat exchange tube. The device consists of a tube thickness gauge (1), a temperature sensor (2), a cloud service platform (3), and a visible interaction platform (4). The tube thickness gauge (1) and the temperature sensor (2) are connected to the cloud service platform (3). The cloud service platform (3) has functions of data computation, comparison, and storage, and sends a computation result to the visible interaction platform (4). The visible interaction platform (4) provides services of curve outputting, three-dimensional formation, printing, and service life notification. The method employs the device to determine a type of the heat exchange tube. The cloud service platform (3) calculates the remaining service life of a superheater tube, an economizer tube, and a tube of a water-cooled wall. The visual interactive platform (4) outputs a calculation result of the remaining service life of the heat exchange tube, sends a remaining service life notification signal, and provides a control measure for the remaining service life and a repair and maintenance operation plan of the biomass boiler heat exchange tube. The device and the method achieve quantitative assessment and regular monitoring of the service life of a heat exchange tube, thereby ensuring safe and reliable operation of a boiler.
