Abstract:
Provided is a device for assisting in assigning settings values for a compressor controller, the device making it possible to determine suitable controller settings values, ensure a stable air supply, improve energy efficiency, and avoid increases in heat caused by the compressor starting and stopping. The present invention pertains to a device for assisting in assigning settings values for a compressor operation controller that starts and stops at least one compressor, collects air discharged by the compressor in an air tank, and supplies the air as a compressed air source having a prescribed pressure range, the device comprising: an input part for inputting pipe network information constituted by pressure loss elements in a pipe flow from the compressor to a pressure control position of the controller, compressor specifications constituted by compressor discharge pressure and the maximum number of starts and stops, supply flow rate conditions constituted by change-over-time data for exiting flow rate from the pressure control position of the controller, and supply pressure conditions constituted by the minimum supply pressure at the pressure control position of the controller; a controller settings value generation unit that generates combinations of controller settings values and provides the same to a simulator; a simulator that combines a pipe network model that models pressure and flow rate in the pipe network, and a controller model that models signals from the controller, so as to calculate time series data for supply pressure and time series data for compressor operating state; an output item calculation unit that calculates a predicted supply pressure value and the number of compressor starts and stops from calculation results outputted by the simulator; and an output part that outputs a combination of a plurality of the controller settings values, and the predicted supply pressure value and the number of compressor starts and stops for the combination of controller settings values.
