Abstract:

The invention relates to a method and a device for calibration of a throttle arrangement (2) associated with an engine (6), comprising positioning the throttle arrangement (2) in a predetermined position ($g(a)�3?) and locking the set position ($g(a)�3?) to a predetermined degree of throttle application during subsequent operation of the throttle arrangement (2). The method according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises the following steps: detection of a value ($g(a)�3?) corresponding to the position of the throttle arrangement (2) by means of a detector (3), and actuation of an actuation device (8, 9), whereby an acknowledgement corresponding to said predetermined degree of throttle application is generated, causing said degree of throttle application to be locked to said value ($g(a)�3?). The invention provides a simple and effective calibration of a throttle arrangement of a boat engine.
