The present invention relates to a device and a method for cipher decryption and a recording medium for recording the same, the device and the method allowing side channel safety verification for a domestic financial IC card to be applied to a block cipher algorithm when the same is performed, thereby enabling efficient safety verification and remarkably reducing safety verification time. Therefore, the present invention enables a side channel safety verification institution for encryption equipment including a smart IC card, a smart device, embedded equipment and the like, and an assessment institution for information security products to efficiently operate resources, and enables domestic and foreign card companies for designing countermeasures against a domestic financial IC card to design the countermeasures by utilizing the same.
