Abstract:
A classifying device (1) has a flow path (structure) through which emulsion flows. The flow path is provided between at least two plates (upper plate (2), lower plate (4)) that are separated by a distance less than the maximum diameter of a liquid drop included in the emulsion. Emulsion is fed from a feeding opening (5) provided in the upper plate (2) and can be classified by passing it in the flow path.
