Abstract:
A device for controlling drive of an electric vehicle, preventing a variation
in the speed of an engine before and after a gear shift, thereby unpleasant and
uncomfortable feeling to a driver is prevented. The device has a differential
device in which a first rotation element is connected to a first electric motor,
a second rotation element is connected to a second electric motor, and a third
rotation element is connected to an engine (11); a transmission (18) for changing
the speed of rotation transmitted to a transmission shaft (15); a compensation
torque calculation and processing means for calculating, following a speed
change by the transmission (18), inertia compensation torque for compensating
a variation in the rotation speed caused by inertia; and a target torque correction
and processing means for correcting target torque for the first electric motor
according to the inertia compensation torque. By this, a variation in engine
speed caused by inertia and control delay can be prevented, thereby an occurrence
of inertia torque in the engine (11) is prevented.
