Abstract:
A device for converting thermal energy into kinetic energy and electrical energy is provided, which comprises a heat pump (2), an evaporation chamber (1), a steam turbine (3) communicated with the evaporation chamber (1), a condensation chamber (4) communicated with the steam turbine (3), a refluxing device (5) arranged in series between the condensation chamber (4) and the evaporation chamber (1), and solenoid valves (7) arranged both at the inlet and outlet conduits of the refluxing device (5). A heat source of the heat pump is provided in the evaporation chamber (1), and a heat exchanger (8) with a cold source of the heat pump or a heat exchanger (12) with the ambient environment is provided in the condensation chamber (4). The evaporation chamber (1), the steam turbine (3), the condensation chamber (4), the solenoid valves (7) and the refluxing device (5) are connected in turn to form a working fluid cycle system, in which the steam turbine (3) can continually provide and output power. A method for converting thermal energy into kinetic energy and electrical energy is also provided.
