Abstract:
Disclosed are a device for deburring a metallic workpiece, comprising a power supply (2), an insulation tube (7), a groove body (3), and an electrolytic solution (4) received in the groove body (3), a first end of the insulation tube being in communication with the electrolytic solution, a second end of the insulation tube extending into a hole to be deburred of a workpiece (5), a first electrode of the power supply being connected to the workpiece (5) for conduction, and a second electrode thereof being used for conduction with the electrolytic solution, wherein a gas layer can be formed when the power supply is switched on and the electrolytic solution is introduced to burr parts in the hole through the insulation tube, and the gas layer can be broken through to remove the burrs under the action of a voltage. Also disclosed is a method for deburring the metal workpiece. According to the device and method for deburring a metallic workpiece, the reaction contact area of the electrolytic solution with the workpiece in the hole can be reduced, and gas generated in the hole can be reduced; meanwhile, the electrolytic solution can smoothly reach the burr part for reaction, and the voltage consumed by the electrolytic solution in the hole can also be reduced, thereby optimizing the deburring effect and improving the deburring efficiency.
