Abstract:
A method for detecting electrophysiological characteristics of a patient's heart by a device for detecting electrophysiological characteristics of a heart, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: measuring electrophysiological characteristics of a patient's heart by means of a contact-type catheter and outputting a plurality of monophasic action potential graphs of the patient's heart on the basis of a cycle; selecting, from a user, one or more of a plurality of filters for eliminating noise including a movement generated by heart wall vibrations or a reflex due to stimulation, and applying same to the output monophasic action potential graph of the patient's heart; and generating and outputting an APDR curve which is an index of the electrophysiological characteristics of the patient's heart, according to the monophasic action potential graph of the patient's heart to which the selected filter is applied.
