Abstract:

Disclosed is a device for detecting multi-turn absolute rotation angle, the device comprising a housing (1), a cover plate (2), and a rotary shaft (3), wherein the rotary shaft (3) is provided in the housing (1), a master gear (4) is fixed onto the rotary shaft (3), and the master gear (4) meshes with a driven gear (5) having teeth with the number thereof being less than that of the master gear; the driven gear (5) comprises a driven bull gear (51) and a driven pinion gear (52), with the master gear (4) and the driven bull gear (51) being externally toothed, and the driven gear (5) is connected to a two-stage deceleration device enabling the rotary shaft (3) rotating in multiple turns to be decelerated to a turn-number gear (61) and the turn-number gear (61) only rotates one turn; the driven gear (5) and the turn-number gear (61) are both provided with a bearing (8), the bearings (8) are respectively provided with a magnet (9), the two magnets (9) are fixed respectively relative to the driven gear (5) and the turn-number gear (61), with the upper edge of the bearing (8) being laminated to a PCB board (10); an angular sensing chip (7) fixed to the PCB board (10) is provided above the magnet (9), the separation distance between the angular sensing chip (7) and the upper surface of the magnet (9) is constant; and the cover plate (2) is fixed to the housing (1), and the housing (1) and the cover plate (2) cooperate to fix the PCB board (10). Further disclosed is a method for detecting multi-turn absolute rotation angle.
