Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing insulation deterioration of electrical equipment, the method analyzing fundamental wave components and harmonic wave components of a current flowing in and/or flowing out from windings and a voltage applied to the windings, so as to detect values of capacitance, inductance and resistance of the windings, earth combined capacitance and earth combined leakage resistance, thereby enabling insulation deterioration to be diagnosed in real time. According to an embodiment, disclosed is the method for diagnosing insulation deterioration of electrical equipment, comprising: a detection step of detecting a current and a voltage flowing along windings; a calculation step of applying the current and the voltage detected in the detection step to a deterioration detection algorithm so as to calculate an inter-layer capacitance, inductance and resistance of the windings, earth combined capacitance and earth combined leakage resistance; and a storage and determination step of storing, in real time, each of the values calculated in the calculation step, and determining the windings as having deteriorated if each of the calculated values exceeds a reference range.
