DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DRYING LUMP ORE IN STORAGE YARD BY UTILIZING SINTERING RING COOLING WASTE GAS

The present invention relates to a device and method for drying lump ore in a storage yard by utilizing sintering ring cooling waste gas. In the present invention, during the stacking of lump ore in a storage yard, sintering ring cooling waste gas with a temperature higher than 100ºC is introduced into uniformly distributed distribution pipes from the lower part of a ground plane, the pressurized sintering ring cooling waste gas penetrates lump ore to be dried and then is discharged from the upper portion of the lump ore to be dried, passes through a movable gas collecting hood arranged on the upper portion of the lump ore to be dried, then enters a newly-arranged waterproof bag-type dust collector to be purified, and then is discharged after reaching a standard. In order to guarantee the air permeability of the lump ore to be dried, dried and screened ore with a thickness of 500-1000 mm is laid on the upper portions of the distribution pipes to serve as a bottoming air permeable layer, such that it can be guaranteed that an air outlet is smooth and a drying apparatus is prevented from being damaged by stacking and taking operations.
