DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FIXING ACETABULAR ANTERIOR AND POSTERIOR COLUMN AND TETRAGONAL REGION FRACTURES

Disclosed are a device for fixing acetabular anterior and posterior column (A11, A9) and tetragonal region (A4) fractures and a usage method thereof. The fixing device comprises an arcuate edge steel plate (B1) and a trapezoid cardinal plate (B5) or a pubis steel plate (B2). The arcuate edge steel plate (B1), either by itself or together with the pubis steel plate (B2) bends to mate with an anatomic structure of an inner surface of an arcuate edge (A5) and a superior ramus of the pubis (A2). The shape of trapezoid cardinal plate (B5) matches the acetabular tetragonal region (A4) and the anterior column (A11) and the posterior column (A9). The posterior column (A9), an ischium (A6) and the acetabular tetragonal region (A4) are fixed from the inside. The fixing is provided in the inside of the arcuate edge (A5). Opposite to the inward shift direction of the acetabular tetragonal region (A4), it can exactly stop the shifting of the acetabular tetragonal region (A4) from the inside to the outside, can stabilize, reduce and fix acetabular fractures, and improve the quality of the resetting and internal fixing of fractures.
