A device and a method for force-feeding a mold releasing agent. The device (1) comprises a force-feed pump (51), a surge tank (53), a pressure reducing valve (55), a first feed pipe (56), a second feed pipe (57), and a third feed pipe (58). One end of the first feed pipe (56) is connected to a diluted mixed fluid tank (13) and the other end is connected to the force-feed pump (51). One end of the second feed pipe (57) is connected to the force-feed pump (5) and the other end is connected to the pressure reducing valve (55). One end of the third feed pipe (58) is connected to the pressure reducing valve (55) and the other end is connected to a spray device (3) through a ball valve (59) and a solenoid valve (60). The third feed pipe (58) and the first feed pipe (56) are allowed to communicate with each other through a drain (66), and a drain valve (67) is installed in the drain (66). The device for force-feeding the mold releasing agent thus provided can fine-adjust the force-feed amount of the mold releasing agent to the spray device and can apply a small amount of the mold releasing agent to a mold and the method for force-feeding the mold releasing agent thus provided can force-feed the mold releasing agent by using the device.
