Disclosed are a device and method for generating a flattened X-ray radiation field, and the device for generating a flattened X-ray radiation field is provided with: a plurality of electron accelerators (1, 1a, 1b), used for generating high-energy electron beam currents; and a common target unit (2), which comprises a vacuum target chamber (202), a target (203) and a plurality of input connection devices (201, 201a, 201b). The plurality of input connection devices (201, 201a, 201b) are mounted on one side of the vacuum target chamber (202), the target (203) is mounted on the other side of the vacuum target chamber (202) that is opposite to the plurality of input connection devices (201, 201a, 201b), the axes of the plurality of input connection devices (201, 201a, 201b) intersect at one point in such a manner that a preset included angle is formed between every two axes, and the plurality of electron accelerators (1, 1a, 1b) are connected with the plurality of input connection devices (201, 201a, 201b), respectively.
